1. Who We Are

We are an AI agency providing custom AI agent development, integration, training, and consulting services.

2. What Data We Collect

• Information you provide: Contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, demo/test access, comments, course registrations (name, email, phone, company, role, message).
• Account/portal data (if applicable): Login email, profile details, support tickets.
• Transactional data: Purchases and invoices processed by our payment providers (limited details for reconciliation — no full card data stored by us).
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referral URLs, timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: To remember preferences, enable login, measure site performance, and secure the site. See Cookies below.
• Base44 community registration form: When you apply through the registration form on our Base44 community page, we collect your name, your email address, your professional profile link if you choose to supply one, your answers to the application questions, your acknowledgement that we may contact you about your request, your optional marketing preference (separate and off by default), and campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM values) when they are present in the link you arrived from.

We use the registration information to review and administer your community request, to contact you about that request, and — only if you separately select it — to send you optional updates. Application records are retained for up to 12 months, unless continued retention is needed to administer an active community relationship. Optional marketing information is retained until you withdraw your consent or it is no longer required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through the privacy contact below.

3. Comments & Media

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, IP address, and browser user-agent for spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it; their policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile image may be publicly visible with your comment. If you upload images, avoid embedding location data (EXIF). Visitors may download and extract any location data from images on the site.

4. Cookies

• Essential cookies: For security, session management, and core features.
• Preferences: Save display settings and choices.
• Analytics (if used): To understand site traffic and improve performance.
• Third-party embeds: Some pages may include content from other sites (e.g., videos, forms) that set their own cookies.

Embedded content behaves as if you visited the source website directly. Those websites may collect data, use cookies, and monitor your interaction, including tracking if you are logged in to that service. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

• Comments and metadata: Retained indefinitely to auto-approve future comments.
• Accounts (if applicable): Stored while your account is active. You may view, edit, or delete your information (except username). Site admins can also see and edit.
• Transactional records: Kept for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
• General inquiries: Retained as needed to manage our relationship.
• Base44 community registration records: Retained for up to 12 months, unless continued retention is needed to administer an active community relationship. Optional marketing information is retained until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer required.
